We will help you to update your website images and contents. You will need to send us content that required update.
The update is applicable for replacing the existing content only. Update of content that required to create the new section within the website is chargeable.
Web Hosting is calculated by annual, and must be paid in in advanced for whole year. Reminder will be send 14 days to clients before expiry date.
It is the client’s responsibility to fulfill the payment before the hosting expired. Failure to do so will lead to termination of the hosting (which website & email cannot be accessed). Hosting will be disabled or deleted from the server after a year.
All renewals must be paid by 14 working days prior to the expiry date. Penalty fees will be imposed if delay payment.
We are utilizing hosting server on Malaysia 3rd party provider. Tabsoft Services applying high security to ensure our hosting server performance, as well as protected from hackers, viruses, DDOS attack. However, we will not be held liable for any disruption of services if such situation arises.
In case of malware attack, Tabsoft Services reserves the right to remove affected files from the hosting service without any prior notice.
Yes. Hosting Termination requests must be sent in writing or by email 1 month before renewal.
Once hosting has been terminated, all website files, emails, databases and backups will be deleted from the server.
